Not clean room, lot of coockroch are in bed and room, lots of bugs in bed which was irritating in night.

Very very very very bad experience. Very extremely uncleaned room.

It was near Haridwar railway station.

This property has no relation with cleanness and neatness. Room allocated was dusty, bathroom with floor tiles broken and jerms were coming out from the broken portion. Even after requesting, hot water was not provided. TV screen was broken. Guiser was down with no power indication. It was checked by the staff and they will arrange technician to repair it but no one came. I have struggled to get the drinking water, towel etc. At the time of checkout rather than saying "Thank you and come again ( as a part of positive gesture) staff said " Sir you can go => सर आप जाओ". Overall it was very poor and pathetic experience and request you not to refer this property anyone. Wifi password was not shared even through it was available. Mobile network signal was absolutely poor.... Totally unhappy.
