Breakfast was good with fresh fruits. Staff is friendly and ocean is easily accessible.

Parking is very tight and it costs 5€ per night.

The sea view and location

Food and beverage very poor. Pigeons routinely eating food on buffet. No pool or room service. Very sterile and cold.

Ok beliggenhet med direkte tilgang til sjø og ca 20 min gange til sentrum. Bassengområdet er ok.

Fugler (duer) i spisesalen som spiste av maten. Dårlig skilting og mangelfull informasjon. Treningstimer kun på portugisisk. Hotellet fremstår slitt og med mye tomme områder.

It was so strong the smell that I had to leave the area There where pigeons on top of the food of breakfast buffet. This is inadmissible. Staff was careless Rooms needing a deep clean Very expensive for the conditions of the hotel that were presented (315 EUR a night)

Overall is ok

Well, this hotel is definitely not a 5-star property. I would say 4 stars is the maximum it deserves. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. However, the rest of the hotel is very old and outdated. We only booked breakfast, and it was the same every day. The food quality was also not great. The spa is only partially operational. In addition, you have to pay extra to use it, and you need to book it at least one day in advance; otherwise, you won't be able to access it. It also closes at 6 PM. Ladies, make sure to bring your own shampoo and skincare products. No body cream or lotion is provided in the rooms, and the shampoo supplied by the hotel is of poor quality. The outdoor area of the hotel is nice, but the interior is poorly designed. It feels as if you are living in a corridor rather than in a hotel room. Another major drawback is that there is no electric vehicle charging station. Since renting an electric car is very common in Madeira, this can be a significant inconvenience, as you won't be able to charge your car at the hotel. On a positive note. Thank you for the champagne in the morning! It saved rthe trip )
