Location was good for us, not in town but close enough
The plug in air freshener was way too strong, actually kept me awake the first night. Once I found it and unplugged it, it was much better. And never did figure out how to turn the tv volume up.

I have stayed in the Whitewater area many times over the last 20 years. The location is very handy to shops (Publix, Walmart) and a few good restaurants too. Laundromat is near the Walmart. The beach trolley is a short walk away. Location is very convenient to Estero Island and Sanibel Island. The suites are all new, after Hurricane Ian - very nicely appointed.
Sometimes, you could hear the neighbouring guests - especially when they were talking loudly. Not a huge problem though.
