Don Carlo Suite Relais - Lecce Selection

Great location just outside the old city allowed us to explore Puglia easily. The facilities were excellent, the weather was hot so having an outdoor spa bath was fabulous. The host provided breakfast ingredients that included daily delivery of fresh pastries. The apartment was very comfortable and access to secure parking nearby was great.

We loved our stay at DonCarlo Suite from start to finish. Carlo very kindly collected us from the train and couldn’t have been kinder during our stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean. It had no expense spared and felt very luxurious. We were provided with everything we needed and more. The location was perfect and only a very short stroll to the main old town area. Couldn’t recommend this accommodation more. The hot tub/pool was also a massive treat after a hot day’s walking around Lecce.

The flat is amazing, it’s the first time I see the place looks much better that the photos! It was cristal clean, the flat is full equipe, you will find all that you need. The owner Carlo received us, he was very welcoming and arranged everything for a lovely breakfast the days we were there. He also made sure we have complimentary drinks and other products in the fridge! The place is full of details, we have bathrobe for the 4 of us, including children sizes what I found so lovely. The flat is located in a walking distance to the beautiful city centre. The town is amazing, if you like history and art you will definitely enjoy the visit.

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Lot of breakfast items, drinks, fruits and snacks included in the rate. Fresh pastries delivered daily for breakfast were a real treat!!! The whole family loved the outside jacuzzi. Short walking distance from the old town. (Don) Carlo was really nice!

Some people might find the front room a bit too noisy in the evening. Also the bedroom and the front room are quite dark as they only have small windows.

Really a minor point but the operation of the aircond was a tad noisy but that's really nitpicking

The soaking tub was relaxing after a full day of walking. The temperature was adjustable so we made it cool when it was hot and warmer when it was cool outside. The bed was very comfortable and a true king size. There were plenty of snacks, recommendations for meals, books about the area and a map. It was breathtakingly beautiful with its ancient architecture combined with contemporary touches of comfort. It was a private apartment all ours.

Propably one of the best apartments we stayed in yet. Bed is super comfy, the whirlpool is warm, clean and perfect to relax, the kitchen is equipped better than our own. Plus: There is a filtered water tap, so it is drinkable! Donatello and his wife and son were super friendly, always responded quickly to any questions, great job! 🤩
