Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel

This hotel is one of the best in terms of location and view ,and very friendly staffs and hospitality ,location inside a settlement area but still it’s beautiful and scenic

Hotel keeping all the standards of a 5 star hotel except Restaurant and food , food is average and below average in taste with super expensive tags , Complimentary breakfast is shockingly substandard to a 5 star hotel. We can say it’s good if it is a 3 star hotel , spreads are very few with limited options What i felt is this hotel management desperately trying to make it breakeven or profitable business as everyone but it shouldn’t expose in-front of guests ,

The room was spacious and comfortable

I wish there were more variety in the buffet food options

المكان سيء جدا اثاث قديم سعر مرتفع مكان بارد مقارنه بالفنادق الاخرى للاسف تجربه سئيه جدا جدا لاانصح فيه الصور تبدو جميله لكن الواقع مختلف سكنت قبله فى 3 فنادق كلها جميله الا هذا انخدعت فيه ومبالغ فى الاسعار مطعم ضيق جدا وخيار الاكل قليله الموظفون مجتهدون لكن المكان خايس بمعنى الكلمه
