Appartamento nel cuore di Parma - Laterale via Farini

Appartamento centralissimo e molto pulito.

Non avevo capito che avesse solo un divano letto. Non l'ho trovato molto comodo, vuoi per l'età non più giovanissima, vuoi per la NS stazza non proprio minuscola. Il box doccia non molto ampio. Sarebbe utile un porta sapone all'interno.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la cordialité de l'hôte, ses conseils de visites, la présence de lait frais dans le frigo, et les doses de café et de tisanes mises à disposition. Le lit quoique pliable était bien confortable. La rue était animée le samedi soir, mais logiquement vu le lieu. Chic pensée de prévoir une brosse à dent de secours au cas où.

Un rideau plus épais serait une bonne idée, pour parer au vis-à-vis, et à la lumière matinale.

Un posto carino, ben messo, nel centro di Parma, lo staff sono persone molto disponibili e gentilissime. Lo consiglio vivamente perché situato nel cuore della città, consente nel giro di pochi minuti poter essere vicinissima a tutti i monumenti e al Teatro Regio. Tornerò presto con molto piacere, grazie!!!

Central location. Elevator. Good kitchen area and bathroom. Washing machine.

For some reason I did not register that I would be sleeping on a fold-out sofa. I could sleep one or two nights on fold-out, but not a week. It was folded out on arrival, so the nice picture with seating area was misleading. By the end of my stay, my back was in bad shape. I never tried to fold the couch back in. It looked too complicated and I did not want to hurt my back doing so. There was a little dining table, but impractical lighting. Kitchen countertop area was well lit, but not table and no proper desk space in the studio. The window faces very narrow street, so indoor lighting is necessary. I could only get 1 channel on TV. Maybe my fault because I am bad with remotes. AC was a pain because a tube has to go through the window and it does not stay in place. Much noisier than I expected. Restaurant below window. Construction going on in building. Also the street itself is kind of an alley used frequently as a urinal for bar scene, but location is great in city. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. In future I will be more careful to check that I never book a place with pull-out sofa.

Very cosy apartment in prestine tidiness. The host is wonderful. Very patient, kind and focused on the comfort and the best lodging experience for the guest.
