Good location with a lot of places to eat and easy access to Heathrow.

Very dirty. Only the cooker, fridge and crockery were clean. Rest of kitchen and bathroom had dirt everywhere and doesn’t look like it had been cleaned for a while. Reported to owner upon leaving along with lack of facilities (based on description) and no hot water but no reply hence this response. It was clean.

The owner is racist. Due to us all being black he asked if we was Nigerian as he had 3 Nigerian females last week who didn’t look after the property. So he said please don’t be like them as we are also black. He controls the heating and hot water from his phone. I asked him in person to turn the heating up. He put it on and as soon as he left he turned it off and locked the heating control. So we could not turn it up. It was freezing. We had absolutely no hot water. We asked him to come and fix it and he agreed however did not come even though he was next door helping out another property of his. He decided to come late in the night at 10pm when we were out. He then turned the heating on whilst he was at the property to make it seem like the hot water was working. When we got back it still was not working. I asked him for a late checkout prior to going to the property which he agreed at a certain price. Once I went to check in he increased the price and told me I can not have late check out for the original price. He knew he was wrong for not turning on the heating and water so gave me an hour late check out which is ridiculous. The neighbour is rude and was screaming in the morning as someone accidentally parked near her gate.

Spacious with a lot of little touches that made us feel welcome Rooms were surprisingly large in size and beds comfortable Thanks for making our stay on the island memorable
