Yumbo Beach Apartment 2 with high speed free internet

The property was very central to everything shops pubs and restaurants The balcony was lovely with afternoon sun Everything you needed was available in the apartment washing machine iron. Also bus stop from airport is just around the corner from apartment

The only thing was no air conditioning there were fans but on our stay it was very warm

Best value for money I’ve ever received on Booking! The apartment was clean and well equipped, the location was excellent and the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.

Some noise could be heard during the nights from the nearby shopping area but nothing too serious, we slept well and weren’t bothered by it.

- The view is amazing! You can see the ocean, dunes, and plenty of open space between this and other buildings. - The terrace is perfect for breakfast, and during the hot daytime, you can hide under the adjustable sunshade. - Super friendly hosts! We had a nice introduction to the apartment and were always in touch online. In case of any questions or problems, we always received a quick response and resolution. - If you use public transport, this is a perfect location because all the bus stops for different lines are within walking distance. - The apartment has literally everything you might need, and if you ever need something extra, there is a convenience store right next to it and a large supermarket just a 15-minute walk away. I have to mention that this apartment is not far from many bars and restaurants, so you will hear music at night. This is something to expect when staying in such a convenient and touristy area. Because of this, I wouldn’t consider it a negative, but it’s worth mentioning. Also, there were high-pitched sounds coming from different places, which you could hear during the day when sitting on the terrace or nearby. Also, during our stay, it was quite windy on the beach, so it's a good idea to check the forecast in advance and be prepared.

All one needs is there! Lovely balcony, perfect for a couple or one single person.

Excelent apartment with all the facilities and great location . We received a lot of informations regarding the surrounding area such as places to eat and visit for different types of budgets . The beach is 5-7 mins walk and the Maspalomas Dunes are close aswell around 10-15 min walk .

lovely 6th floor apartment with views of the beach and perfectly located for everything. Extremely good value with so many little extras including a washing machine, smart tv, usb power points, full sized fridge freezer, beach towels & parasol etc etc. The balcony gets the afternoon sun and has a day bed and table with chairs. The hosts are really lovely and friendly and are always willing to help. Highly recommended!
