Lovely house, with good facilities. Good location, ideal for visiting local areas, beaches, restaurants and pubs. Nice garden to sit and relax in. We were very lucky with the weather too.

Perfect location to enjoy Tynemouth longsands, Cullercoats and Tynemouth itself. Very spacious accommodation. Would highly recommend.

Great house! Very clean, spacious, nice enclosed garden, quiet area, beach within walking distance, restaurants nearby, near city centre. Couldn't fault it!

Easy booking, great communication and instructions. Great location. Perfectly equipped. Lovely welcome basket. Exceptionally clean. Warm. Quiet. We loved the garden room. Off street parking. Supermarket and coffee shop 2 minute walk. Green opposite property. 5 Minute walk to the beach - alleyway next to church. We saw some of the most beautiful sunrises we have ever seen. Close to Tynemouth - 15 min walk. Close to 2 Metro Stops. Easy drive from Jesmond, where our son is living. Would highly recommend.

Don't have anything to add really. Perhaps another comfy chair in the garden room.
