There wasn't anything in particular that we can say that we liked.

They made us confirm upon check-in that the rooms were non-smoking, yet almost every room was actively smoking to the point where the corridors were full of smoke. When we asked to change to another room, the shift manager told us that theyre fully booked and he promised that theyll have more flexibility the following day (when '90% of the guests are due to check out'). The manager promised us that by 11am the next morning he'd reach out and show us the available options to shift to. Suffice it to say, he never called or reached out despite two attempts I made with the reception specifically requesting that he call us. We had told him the previous night that we have no issue in leaving early and have him refund the remaining amount to which he said that he didnt want us to leave and that he'll make it right the next day. Surprisingly, the next day the hotel had a wedding scheduled (to which we were never informed upon check-in) and unfortunately the room we were given was directly overlooking the dance floor and pyrotechnics display. Suffice it to say that both of our young children were unable to sleep and we are all completely disturbed by the unreasonable loud noise. When I went down to the reception to speak to a manager we were finally able to move to another room at around 11:30pm. There is no focus on customer service, no concern over customer satisfaction and absolutely no regard for family comfort and well-being. We didnt mind the extremely slow service, what really upset us was the lack of respect and essentially rude treatment by their management.

Maintaining an old building

the breakfast is not included in a 200 USD per night rate. Even 15USD/ per breakfast is average
