1) Bathroom all tpas were leaking. 2) No water in bathroom 3) Room was occuupied by cocroches 4) Cupboards were dirty 5) No drinking water in room 6) No intercom facitly in room. 7) Breakfast served was brought from roadside vendor 8) 4 times I went down to reception to start the motor for overhead water supply. 9) Nobody came to clean the room in 4 days stay neither towels were replaced. Overall very poor experience

The bed was swarming with cockroaches, the bathrooms had defective faucets. The management was kind enough to give us another room though.

The room was full of cockroaches. Pest control is seriously required. The room door lock was faulty when trying to open from outside using a key. The air conditioning made a terrible sound, it was unbearable to use.
