Location in good neat and clean rooms ac works good and nice staff. Value for money

Good location, nice staff, hassle free early morning taxi to airport. The roof top was a nice quiet sunny place to hangout.

I did not check in the hostel. When I went to the hostel the receptionist misbehaved with me, at first he asked me to cancel the booking, when I was not doing he started forcing me and later on he snatched my mobile from my hand, that is such disgusting behaviour. I have never experienced such things in my entire life. I would never recommend this hostel to anyone. These guys are literally behaving like local goons.

The reception staff were very welcoming and helped us with several queries we had including getting IPL match tickets delivered to the hotel.

There is nothing specific that I disliked, the level of service is at the upper end of what I would expect for the price.
