Backpackers Heaven New King - New Delhi Train Station

Clean, friendly staff, clean bathroom, hot water

Noise late night. Filthy access road to the hotel

Place with a lot of different room-types. There is hot water, blankets are okay, bathroom is okay, towels included.

Its located in a very narrow, nasty, shady street. Smell of pee and other stuff. There is ZERO community place. So if you expect a hostel, forget this one. The dorms were very loud because it was impossible to close the windows. Altough there is a small rooftop terrace, I have no idea why they not renovate it a bit, or clean it at least... (It was super cold when I stayed there in January. But i mean, that was true to any other place as well, its just that you cannot close the window as we mentioned.)

helpful hotel manager that discussed our travel plan with us. also organised sim cards and tickets for a bus ride to dharamshala.

staff are good and very understanding and helpful.

Rooms are not good and very small, smells in water

In middle of bazaar , small ally and then you arrive backpackers heaven , amazing stay thank you so much for looking after me . And picking me up on time at the airport was fanatic , as single female arriving 3 am to country with billion people , you guys made sure I arrive safely thank guys

Affordable. Hotel staff are nice they allowed me to stay in the common area for 3 more hours since my train is in the evening.
