Upon arrival it seemed nice clean and tidy but when going into the double bedroom the bed wasn’t even bothered to be made properly - corners of the duvet to matching up into the duvet sheet and the buttons at the bottom hadn’t even been buttoned together. The lights either side of the bed one was broken and hanging the wrong way. The single beds seemed to still have make up on them. Which I did make the host aware of this to which they gave me the cleaners number if there wasn’t any clean sheets which in all fairness that ain’t my job to do! After this we noticed that the air fryer hadn’t been cleaned and we had to clean that! There was also a pan with food and mould in it but we didn’t use that so obviously left it as it was not our job to do it! I didn’t report any of this to the host as I was just referred to the cleaner the previous time and told that’s not acceptable but no offer of anything by the host! The blankets they have look like they could do with a wash,there was what I could describe as dried pizza sauce on them and also there was only two tea towels and the one that was on the hanger the kitchen seemed to be dirty to me. The tv was temperamental it worked once and not again but I did see in other review this was an issue but we did try hotspotting from our phones too but was still no good.

The caravan was spacious and comfortable with a lovely tub. It had a good variety of cooking utensils that others seem to overlook. The kids enjoyed the Xbox when we had a little downtime inside the caravan, good variety of games but stuck to Sonic.

absolutely beautiful stay at caravan 23 Lancaster crescent this weekend everything you could need in the caravan hot tub was a bonus the owner can't do enough highly recommended don't want to leave the place thanks so much will be back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There's nothing to not like

Absolutely beautiful so nice and clean and added bonus of a bath in the onsuite bathroom this van has absolutely everything you need in it will definitely return again
