Mould on walls, bathrooms not working properly lack of and dirty outside furniture. Showers no water pressure

Die Villa war wirklich toll, super Pool und toller Blick. Sehr modern und stylish.

Küche war eher mäßig ausgestattet, es fehlte an Geschirrtüchern, Schere, Toilettenpapier. schade dass an solchen Kleinigkeiten gespart wird.

We had a very disappointing stay at this villa in Jávea. Water pressure: Extremely weak, making it nearly impossible to shower properly. Electricity: The power cuts off when using just two appliances at the same time, which is unacceptable for a property of this price. Towels: Only a few shower towels were provided, and no pool towels at all. When I messaged the host to ask for more, his response was extremely rude. Amenities: The villa lacked even the most basic essentials you’d expect, such as salt, pepper, or tissues. Closets: There were no hangers for clothes, which made unpacking very inconvenient. Overall, this villa does not meet even basic standards of comfort or hospitality. I would not recommend staying here.

Ubicación y piscina

El aire de una habitación no funcionaba haciendo imposible dormir allí, había cortes de agua y durante ciertas horas no podíamos ducharnos. Estaba todo lleno de hormigas, y encima ahora me avisan reclamando 300 euros de la lavadora la cual no pusimos. Obviamente la petición fue rechazada ya que nosotros ni la utilizamos.

Villa was close to Javea old town and the port, amazing views both day and night from the pool/ patio area. Very peaceful and relaxing location. WiFi signal was great, code easily accessing on bottom of router, in cupboard next to the front door. (Front gate is also fixed)

As others have noted the property suffers from low water pressure, had several occasions where there was no running water later in the evening. Toilet seat is still broken in one of the upstairs bathrooms. Would also benefit from additional sun beds as currently only has two available. Property would be benefit from a few fixes and additional touches. Would not recommend for families with younger children due to lack of railings on stairs and upstairs balcony.

Bij aankomst waren er gebreken (o.a. kapotte buitenpoort) die echter na reclameren na enkele dagen tot tevredenheid door interactie van de tussenpersoon zijn gerepareerd.

La casa tiene unas vistas inmejorables y es muy cómoda. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente y la cocina es práctica.

-La puerta del garaje está rota. Dejando los coches accesibles desde la calle. - Las evacuaciones de la casa no funcionan bien: cuando pones una lavadora el agua sale por la pila de al lado, cuando tiras de la cisterna sale agua del sumidero de la ducha. - durante unas horas no había ni agua corriente. - Hay tres duchas y es imposible que dos personas se duchen a lado vez con una presión de agua aceptable. Cuando todo esto lo he comunicado al personal, no nos han dado ninguna explicación ni solución.

Great view and location was superb. Nearby village. Lots of privacy and space. Three bedrooms with a bathroom.
