Luxury Westpark 2 Presidentialsuite with Lake View W4

I liked how big the space was. It was perfect for 2 people.

The only thing I didn't likewas it said there is parking on the property, but you are charged 10 euro per night to park in the private parking lot, otherwise you're looking for street parking.

Very comfortable apartment, new neighborhood, beautiful view, u've got everything you need - towels, capsules for the washing machine, dishes, silverware, sheets and is very warm. Check in was very easy, landlord sent me a link to fill out my information.

Easy self-check-in. Very clean apartment with a nice view. The location is acceptable. Unfortunately, I can't fully review the "Luxury Westpark 2 Presidential Suite with Lake View W4" because we were given a different apartment in the same building.

The main issue was that we received a different apartment than the one shown in the listing photos. The apartment was similar but didn't have a bathtub. When I tried to discuss the matter, the manager didn't listen and even mocked me, insisting that I had ordered a different place or giving unfounded excuses. They promised to offer another apartment with a bathtub the next day but never followed up. Also, if you are booking with this company and bringing pets, be aware of an extra charge of 8 euros per day. Unfortunately, this information is not mentioned in the listing's description or rules. Additionally, the photos and descriptions are misleading, making it seem like the gym, spa, and pool are included, which they are not.

Everything was very clean, modern appliances even the elevators and the common space was extremely clean. There was areas where you could walk your pet. I had a problem with the AC did not work in the unit and they had somebody there quickly to fix it. Very good service.. I was on the 11th floor, which was very nice. The view from the balcony was gorgeous..

I cannot say anything negative about the place..

Everything. It was a very comfortable apartment. Very clean. Well maintained. Furniture and furnishings were very good. Location was very nice, close to super market. Everything you need is within reach. Centrally located.
