"I'm disgust with the room I stayed."

Hello there has been some issue with the room I booked. First the washing machine was full of dirty stalled water for a long time, then the Air conditioning is leaking water after I used, after one day I found the floor flooded with water, the cooking pans and plates are very dirty and has metal mold formed on them, I found food under the fridge and the shower has no pressure at all. There are a lot of issue with this room and I think it shouldn't be used as rental according with the law of renting on booking.com. I'm not satisfied at all with my staying and I hope you take action against it.
