City Haven - Downtown Apartments with Art Deco Design

Clean, the big double bed was very comfortable, the flat is very well positioned in the city center, safe, clear instructions, responsive. Great place for 2! DO NOT pay for 4 adults - the sofa bed is not a bed but a hole.

NOT for 4! They advertise it for 4 people, but the sofa bed is for 1 person not 2. The 2nd person would sleep in a hole!!! Unacceptable! We reported the issue, they say they’ll come during the day, didn’t happen, no apologies. There were other things like the smell of moisture mixed with cigarette in the bedroom, shower was clogged, only 2 glasses not 4, internet wasn’t working. The place is on the boulevard and we had to sleep with the window open because of the smell and heat which made it uncomfortable.

Really enjoyed the stay here! The apartment is in a great area, there are loads of cafes and small restaurants nearby, plus a supermarket just a few minutes away. The place itself is spotless and beautifully designed with that nice Art Deco vibe. WiFi was super fast, AC worked great in every room and the smart TV had Netflix which was handy for evenings. Kitchen was fully equipped so I could cook some meals too. Felt like home from the first day

Poor cleaning and basic apparment equipment

My experience at this location was a nightmare from start to finish. The journey there was difficult, and upon arrival, I was disappointed by the accommodation. The bathroom was not clean, and there was a strong odor. Both air conditioners were dusty and emitted an unpleasant smell, and I discovered bugs on the bedsheets. The couches were stained, the kitchen had a broken dish soap dispenser, and the fridge had an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the internet was unavailable when we arrived, and I had to contact the staff to request that they retrieve and set up the router. Their advertisement promised a TV with connections to streaming services, but in reality, we only received a regular TV without any network cables or streaming setup. This was misleading. During our five-day stay, they sent 3-4 staff members to clean the bathroom and bring couch sheets, which they forgot to deliver. They also claimed that someone would come to service the air conditioning units, but that never happened. In summary, my experience with this accommodation and the team at this location was far from satisfactory.
