Apartament to świetne miejsce jako baza wypadowa. Jego ogromnym atutem jest lokalizacja, znajduje się bardzo blisko plaży, a z balkonu widok na Playa de las Arenas. Sama plaża jest zadbana, szeroka i naprawdę urokliwa, co sprawia, że codzienne spacery czy poranna kawa z widokiem na morze to czysta przyjemność. Apartament jest wygodny i dobrze urządzony. Wnętrze jest czyste, funkcjonalne i wyposażone we wszystko, co potrzebne do przygotowywania posiłków. Łóżko bardzo wygodne, można naprawdę dobrze wypocząć po całym dniu spędzonym na plaży czy zwiedzaniu. Dużym plusem jest infrastruktura w obiekcie. Basen znajduje się praktycznie naprzeciwko apartamentu, bardzo blisko wejścia. Obok są również korty tenisowe, a cały teren jest estetyczny, zadbany i przyjemny do spędzania czasu. Jedynym minusem jest internet w samym apartamencie -działa dość słabo. Natomiast przy basenie oraz na terenie całego obiektu połączenie jest już dobre i stabilne. Podsumowując, bardzo komfortowe i świetnie położone miejsce na wypoczynek, z pięknym widokiem i dobrą infrastrukturą. Zdecydowanie polecam.

The apartment was very conveniently located, just a minutes walk to the nearest bar/restaurant, with multiple restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The lovely black sand beach is also just 2 minutes walk away, as a is a useful small supermarket and other shops. There is a nice view from the living room patio door type windows and the balcony of the beach and ocean. The facilities in the apartment were good, comfortable and perfect for 2 people. I wouldn’t want to stay here with 4 adults though, it isn’t big enough for that! The pool area is just yards from the apartment door and all the public areas of the property are all kept clean and tidy. Good internet speed.

The balcony gets no sun in the winter, not a huge problem as the attractive pool area is just yards away from the apartment. The WiFi on the router is only strong enough to reach the living room, signal strength is almost non existent in the bedroom.

We really loved the appartement, it was clean, comfortable, had everything we need (and even extra's such as parasol and beach towels🙏) and an amazing view with the sound of the ocean. The beach near the appartement was one of the loveliest beaches we visited on Tenerife and the nearby restaurant served the best food.

Sometimes a smell of riol in the toilet but it was surely compensated by loads of positive things about the place

De locatie is echt perfect gelegen! Alles is op loopafstand en zodra we onze voordeur uitstapten, hoefden we maar een trap op naar het zwembad, echt ideaal. Verder was alles heel schoon en goed onderhouden, de instructies waren ook erg duidelijk om in het appartement te komen. We hebben een paar dagen zonder warm water gezeten maar de eigenaar en housekeeper waren heel erg vriendelijk hierin en kwamen ons ook tegemoet met een compensatie hiervoor. Alles werd goed opgelost en communicatie was duidelijk.

Letto comodo, anche il divano letto, che hanno usato i bimbi, molto confortevole. Cucina piccolina, ma con tutto il necessario. Vicinanza al mare, 4 minuti alla spiaggia. Piscina grande e ben tenuta e attrezzata con lettini. Vista bellissima sul mare al tramonto. Vicinanza ai servizi, piccolo supermercato, bar e ristoranti.

La casa per 4 persone (genitori+figli 6 e 10 anni) è un po' piccola. Aperto il divano letto è difficile il passaggio.
