Cozy apartment Benidorm Poniente 5 min from the beach

Apartamento moderno y cómodo. Tiene unas vistas muy bonitas. La piscina está muy bien y tiene una zona de barbacoa común. Estaba muy limpio y olía muy bien. Tuvimos un problema con la cuna y tanto la dueña como Mercedes, la persona que limpia el piso, fueron muy amables, atentas y se preocuparon por solucionarlo.

Todo estuvo bien, solo recomendaría cambiar el sofá (que es un poco incómodo) y dejar más trapos en la cocina.

el apartamento esta muy bien y es muy fresco, aunque solo tenga un aire en el salón no se pasa nada de calor. Tiene unas vistas preciosas y la barbacoa y piscina es un puntazo! Te sientes como en casa!!!. Devolvieron la fianza el mismo día!

Eramos 4 personas(3mujeres y 1 hombre) ponen una toalla grande y otra pequeña por cabeza, nos faltó un par más para las manos, ya que nosotras necesitamos para el pelo. También nos resultarón excasos 2 rollos de papel wc para 6 días. Las sabanas dejaban un poco que desear, pero nos ofrecieron solución rápidamente. Los colchones pequeños eran maravillosos y súper cómodos. El de matrimonio no tanto, es un colchón raro.. El apartamento está algo lejos de la playa( como 1km o más) pero para nosotros no suponía problema.. Repetiriamos :)

Un poco aislado

The location was great it was 15mins to Pontient Beach, 5-10 mins to a square with bars and restaurants. 10 mins to a great supermarket. No.2 bus 5 mins away takes you to busy part of Benidorm 30-45min ride, pool open till 10pm, secure and safe complex, perfect for families. Free Wifi, Everything you need home from home. The owner was lovely and answered any questions., Pamela was great who took our damage deposit and gave keys to us.

There waa nothing to not like. Only a few suggestions to maybe help a family stay. A pair of Oven gloves would be great for using the oven. There was aircon in the lounge only which was ok but aircon in large bedroom didn't work and 2 bedrooms didn't have aircon at all. 2 fans were supplied and used in 2 of the 3 bedrooms but a 3rd fan would be very helpful for 3rd bedroom especially when the outside temp is 40⁰c.

Понравилось всё: чистота, расположение, удобства, кухонные принадлежности, просторная квартира.

В целом - ничего. До пляжа идти 15 минут, но так и было указано.

Een ruim appartement, voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden. Een heerlijk zwembad en gebruik gemaakt van de bbq buiten in de tuin. We hebben enorm genoten van de plek en de rust. Geen run op een plek bij het zwembad maar heerlijk relaxed. Wij hebben veel gebruik gemaakt van de bussen naar het oude centrum. Lopend is het ongeveer 40 minuten. Langs de boulevard en het strand is het heerlijk wandelen.

De airco in de masterbedroom werkt niet, met de hoge temperaturen was het wel prettig geweest. De loopafstand naar het strand is geen 5 minuten.
