Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Swimming Pool #1 is closed from Sun 20 Oct 2024 until Sun 01 Jun 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that during the summer season, in order to have access to the swimming pool, it will be necessary to leave a 30€-deposit per person to receive the swimming pool access cards. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
