I would especially like to mention Marita, the manager, who does an outstanding job. She is always ready to help with any accommodation-related questions, goes the extra mile when guests face unexpected difficulties, and is able to find solutions even in unusual situations. Her support makes guests feel welcome and well taken care of. Marita is also very good at recommending additional services offered by the company in a natural and unobtrusive way, making guests aware of useful options without ever making them feel pressured. I have stayed in many hotels, including premium ones, and I can honestly say that I have rarely experienced such a genuine, professional, and customer-oriented attitude. Even in premium hotels, I have seldom encountered this level of care, dedication, and personal attention to guests.

This is not a complaint, but rather a suggestion for future service development. It would be great if guests could have the option to pre-order breakfast through Kepler Club Riga Airport Hotel and pay for it when making the reservation. I believe this would be a convenient option for many travellers.

Perfect for washing and sleeping after tough travel.

The location- right in the airport . Very nice place, clean, warm, safe.

The pillow is too thick and hard. But I just like very small pillows. So they could be perfect for someone else.

Clean, functional, comfortable, nice stuff.

Breakfast- it was just carbs products even yoghurt was very sweet.
