Great location, kind staff

You can’t get your own key. You have to call the front desk’s phone number and wait for the woman to come to let you in and out of your room every time. Also, the one bed was very creaky and it stopped some in our party from sleeping.

Nothing this is a dream

The whole concept is great - I so appreciated getting off a late night flight and not having to travel to the city centre to get some rest and a warm shower. The customer service, the facilities and the packed breakfast were great.

Something missing might be a vending machine (or the option to reserve a warm meal) to grab a bite late at night.
