Bel appartamento, pulito e accogliente, in una posizione ottima. Ottima l' accoglienza di Vittoria, molto disponibile. Cerca di accontentare ogni esigenza, brava si fa così!

Un solo piccolo consiglio, una vera padella antiaderente e un vero colapasta .

La struttura e vicino al centro di chiavari

Troppo a ridosso della ferrovia e assenza di parcheggio poi il box doccia non e ben coibentato la porta si apre e se non si sta attenti si rischia di allagare la casa poi 10 euro al giorno per il cane lo trovo troppo

Ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Schnell erreichbare Strände, Cafes und Restaurants. Auch Lebensmittelgeschäft sehr entspannt zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Überteuert für die Lage neben der Zuggleisen. Die Lautstärke war auch in der Nacht nicht angenehm für einen ruhigen Schlaf.

- Perfect location. 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the old town, 15 minutes from the train station. There's even a bus stop in front of the building with a free bus service going around the city. You can see the sea from the balcony. The adjacent railway was surprisingly not a problem at all-of course you could hear it, but the soundproofing is really good and we had a very good sleep. - All the rooms are spacious and there's plenty of storage space for clothes and other stuff. - There's a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen. Proper stove and all kinds of dishes-easy to cook dinner for the whole family. Btw there's a fish market in the old town :) - Many electrical outlets in all the rooms and different kinds of lighting. - Fast and reliable wi-fi.

- The air conditioning had super complicated settings. It took us 2 days to get it running properly, so that it wouldn't keep turning off or keep switching to different kinds of modes. And none of this information was included in the provided manual. But in the end we got it running and we could have a really comfortable sleep even during the crazy heatwave :)
