"Wonderful."

Excellent location. Some initial issues with access but the host responded immediately and was very helpful.

Nothing but when it is miserable weather a pack of cards or board game might be useful.

Perfect location, Laura was exceedingly helpful, responsive and graceful.

The disinfectant smell was overpowering. Opening the windows did not help. Please change the brand.

hard to get to because of road construction and the title needs to say ARLINGTON HOUSE because that is the address you are looking for.

the shower had no mat; it was slick. the lock box was very hard to see and line up.

"The apartment was beautiful, I cannot recommend it highly enough!"

The location was perfect, you couldn't get any more central to Bath, and the apartment was beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean.

The lift wasn't working, which obviously wasn't the fault of the host, but was one of the main reasons I booked the apartment as I had my mum with me who is in her late 80s

The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The pictures online reflected the property.

The lift wasn't working the entire time there. It was tough carrying all the suitcases up multiple flights of stairs. At night it was extremely noisy. A lot of drunken people walking around yelling and screaming - made it very difficult to sleep.

"A wonderful place to stay in a central location."

The location was fantastic. Right next to the Roman Baths and opposite the Thermae spa. It was also easy walking distance from the train station. The apartment was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. It provided us with a wonderful holiday haven.

I liked everything.
