The bed was comfortable to sleep on.

The bed was too low and hard to get out of for an older person. We paid for a king size room, but the bed we got was NOT a king. I am 5'6" tall and when I laid across the bed my feet hung over the side. A king bed is to be 6'6" wide. VERY disappointed in that. When we called down to the front desk asking about it We were asked if we had one or two beds in the room. When I told her that we had only one bed she said "if it only has one bed then it's a king." It was definitely NOT a king. There was no lounge chair for just sitting. There was dirt all along the bottom of the outer side of the tub near the floor, and there was a small wad of hair up further from the floor. We did not shower after finding that. I'd stayed at the hotel in August of 2025 and was very happy. Not so this time.

"Doors close very loud elevators stopped working when leaving eggs and sausage had no taste !"

Very small room , had to pay $20 fee when checked in was told i was going to get it back and only got $12 of it back never was told any of this

Breakfast was excellent.

2 things. 1. There needs to be signage explaining the use of the automatic curtains. I had to switch rooms because my curtains were broken from a previous guest. 2. We had gotten 12 inches of snow overnight and at 10 am, there was no snow removal. I have MS and strangers and staff had to help me to my car and load my luggage.

"One of the Best I've stayed at!"

The facility is beautiful inside, very clean and smelled wonderful. Right from the beginning, the staff was amazing. The room was very clean and very comfy. They have a lot of facilities, including a pool and a gym room, a guest laundry, though I didn't use any of those. I love the choice of pillow firmnesses, offered on the bed. The room came with all the amenities and more that you would expect. The nicce large bath towels were very nice, as were the shower products that are there for you and attached to the wall in the shower. It's these little things that make the difference. There was a winter blizzard, the night I stayed and due to multiple issues, I arrived back at the hotel after attending a ballet, about 11pm, frozen to the bone and miserable. The gentleman managing the desk was fantastic! I especially love that he had fresh coffee made! Since going for a late dinner had become impossible, it was nice that they have a wonderful little selection of actual foods and snacks there for you to purchase. The prices are what you would expect when you're paying for convenience, but the food choices was better quality than I had expected. And the evening manager was so helpful and accommodating! After a long hot shower in an amazing walk in shower, and a good night's sleep, I was surprised that they already had someone working with the snow blower, very early, clearing the walkways. It was also very nice of them to have their maintenance person clear the snow from around the cars in the handicapped sections! I have stayed in hundreds of hotels across the US and that is the first time I have ever seen that! They also cleared a path around the back to the trunk of my car! Breakfast was good and there was a nice selection, but again, it was very typical of the free breakfast offered in most hotels. Although I will say it was very nice to see a great selection of toppings for the eggs and oatmeal.

This hotel followed the same pattern as most hotels that I have stayed at where I have booked through a second party like Booking.com. While the room is clean and nice.It is not always the best "placed" room, meaning my room overlooked all of the compressor's and HVAC Units for the hotel, some of which ran all night, so there was the constant noise in the background. While, there was not a lot of noise between rooms that you could hear, ( so definitely better soundproofing than many of the hotels.I've stayed in) and it wasn't like being housed directly next to the elevator which I have had happen, it does give the impression that hotels see those who use booking parties as less desirable than their normal clientele that book directly. I usually sleep with earplugs, and there are some noises that can actually be comforting, which in this case, the compressor was, but still. And I wouldn't say I didn't like it, just that I noticed that when you walk in the initial lobby has a very homey feel and smell to it but the rooms hold furniture that is very modern and sharp. The artwork is gorgeous in the rooms, as is the wallpaper designs; all very warm and full of colors that soothe, so the furnishing is quite the contrast. From the lobby, I expected comfy type chairs and tables when I got to my room; warm colors that would match the artwork and wallpaper. What you get is 50's style, modern sharp angled, lime green and fake tan wood colors.
