Please inform Stylish 1BR Home wITH Pool Gym Reception Pet Friendly in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets Policy: Only Dogs are allowed upon approval. Before booking, ask about availability and note that a pet fee is required. Be advised that you are responsible for your dog during the stay and any property damage, repairs or additional cleaning that the animal may cause will be discounted from your damage deposit. Please note that there are extra fees that will be charged at the property. Management fee 5% and Credit Card fee 5% per stay. Electricity is not included in stays over 20 nights. This fee will be charged every month or a day before check-out if stays are shorter than a month.
