Location to where I was going

Wrong room, the smell, the service, not clean, check in/out process. No heat

The location

The bed sheets were dirty , the walls rusted in the bathroom, the shower whines , the fridge didn’t work , they don’t have irons in the room and when I called to request one they said they don’t have them. The lady who checked me in was not very pleasant and on her phone. Just a horrible stay . I checked in and out in less than 12 hours. Do not recommend

Almost every other day I had to go to the front desk to get my room key reprogrammed, it was ridiculous

One certain staff went into my belongings, I can imagine him going into other rooms and searching them

One of the staff that came in my room started searching in things that he wasn't supposed to be touching. I had a camera set up in my room and he came in and ended up searching my box. I can imagine him going into other rooms and searching people belongings. I have a video of him searching my box

It was very clean
