Property Notes

Please note that the property offers two-way direct ferry transfers at an additional charge. The two-way ticket from Koh Rong Samloem includes stops at Saracen Bay, EcoSea Resort and M'Pai Bay. The ferry departs daily from Occhuteal Pier (also known as Serendipity Pier) in Sihanoukville. Guests are required to confirm their return ticket at the pier at least 24 hours in advance. Departure timings from Occhuteal Pier are 09:00, 11:30 and 15:00. Return timings are 10:00, 12:30 and 16:00. Please note that the 11:30 ferry does not stop at M'Pai Bay. All return tickets are open. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Paradise"

We loved everything about the Beach House. The bungalows are everything you need, the location is beautiful, the tours are good fun, family dinners and evening activities was great to socialise with other guests. Gavin, James and the volunteers are all awesome, wish we could have stayed even longer and would recommend 100% for everyone to stay here :)

"Super chill in front of the sea"

The place is just in front of the sea, you can enjoy your drinks/rest/lectures in a cosy place. Free materials for kayak and snorkeling. Every evening there is a "familly diner" which allows you share stories and meet other people. If you want a "resort" expérience this is not the place.
