LA PAZ. Lovely apartment overlooking the golf and sea

Perfect location with a bus stop right outside, clean and spacious. Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The owner was also very helpful.

It was clean and it felt like coming home. The location is actually perfect: - you have a sunset every evening - the airplanes aren’t any trouble at all - you can sleep with the balcony door open at night because it’s so quiet! I was shocked when I found out how quiet it was! (For 14 nights straight!!)

The entrance isn’t on the address that is stated through booking, it’s actually a bit further: right where ‘GooDiving’ is. Also when you arrive the first time with all your luggage, it’s hard to find the right appartement in the whole complex. It’s almost near the end where you can also find the pool if you keep going to the end. (Signalisation could be useful in general)

The area is amazing, full of all sorts of palms and cactuses. The apartment is new, spacious but cosy, well located near a bus stop and not far from Hyperdino. We enjoyed the terrace the most. The pool is quiet and semi heated. Everything was great and I definitely recommend it.

A bit noisy as street facing and there are far too many cars on Tenerife's road. Also you need to get used to airplanes as they land 5 km away. Mosquitoes were a bit annoying as the flat is facing a golf course, but at least they are the little ones and they went away with citronella oils and an anti mosquito device. I would add some towel hangers in the bathroom and a shower gel holder for the shower. I would insist a bit on cleaning because as soon as I stepped inside the apartment, I stepped on a piece of broken glass with my bare feet.

The property was in the perfect location for everything I needed, The owner was helpful if I had any questions, the apartment was very clean and tidy with great views! I will definitely be coming back here again!

light and airy and good balcony..

No aircon, and kitchen poorly equipped. no extractor for cooker so steam hit the overhead cupboard and dropped back into your cooking pot.

Nice outlook and convenient for local facilities, local bus stop for non drivers.

Apartment very nice but not well equipped, however owner will rectify this situation we believe.
