Si se quiere bajar andando a la playa o al centro, la distancia es mucha sobre todo a la vuelta que es cuesta arriba. Está en una zona tranquila pero muy lejos del centro

El baño, grande y con una gran ventana.

La ubicación, alejado del centro. No hay ascensor y es un segundo piso con escaleras un poco incómodas.
