"TORREQUEBRADA."

Roof top terrace and the terrace via the floor to ceiling sliding doors. Security was good. The proximity to the bus and the supermarket.

Not "brand new" or beachfront, as marketed. Built in 2021 and certain items showed their age. The bedrooms are so overlooked that the curtains were drawn permanently during our stay. Kitchen only basically equipped and the oven was filthy. The hob also needed a clean. And outside table and chairs to dine at was absent sadly.

The property is at great location - especially for Torrequebrada Golfers. Close and walking distance to suberb restaurants like La Cala and many others. Appartment is a modern and new - contemporary style. Great views form living room, terrace and the roof top terrace just a stone cast away from the Sea. Just beatiful 😊 All 3 bed rooms are quiet and air conditioning keeps them cool when needed. Stylish Bath rooms 👍 Kitchen is modern and stylish with modern kitchen ware. Breakfast view is superb☀️🌴 Access to the appartment inside the safe gated community and thru house own garrage works really well and is very practical, as well as the storage room next to parking place for golf clubs etc. All in all - I will be back to this one for sure ❤️
