Hotel O The Arrow Infront of Max Hospital

Nothing to like about this property ,it's shabby with worst staff who don't honour bookings rather charge their own prices

Rooms,services, facilities,no lift, ABOVE ALL THE STAFF

Nothing... It is a brothel where rooms are sold on hourly basis for illicit things.The staff are extremely arrogant with an intention to loot ,even after having a confirmed booking they charged 1400 instead of booked amount of 950.Rooms are extremely dirty,staff look like thieves, they don't even give bill because they have removed the board of O arrow, No NOC or clearance from any department,Lift not working,soiled linen ,torn towels

On day 1 they charged 1000 irrespective of only booking at 839 plus taxes,next day they asked for 1400 even after booking at 839 plus taxes or asked to pay 500 for late check out at 12:00 pm ,then was forced to pay the amount,when I asked for bill they denied outrightly as they don't have any registration neither GST nor municipal.then took 1200 via phone pe and 200 cash,when I said that I have booking confirmed from booking.com they said they will not entertain it and will not allow me to take my luggage out. Booking.com mus send it's officials first to check the property and see the illicit trade happening in the property

Booked online .but name of this property not in existence..as I reached the location and asked the counter.then he said it's this.he said you have to pay more..he took 1300 rs then gave the room.cheating

Basically this hotel is using by young boy and girls for hourly basis. This hotel is not recommended for family and children. If you coming single then it is ok.
