Dolphin Coast YOLO Spaces - Ballito Beach House Villa

These "hosts" are scam artists. They will manufacture damages and completely rip you off for your R8000 damage deposit. They charged us for some tiny spot on their chase, which we never even used, saying it needed professional cleaning. They put a burnt linen in one room with 2 holes in it, and then said it was blood stained?? how can their burnt lined be blood stained by us? This Bernie and Yolinda are not to be trusted. You would not expect this on booking.com or from such an expensive accommodation, but they are absolute scoundrels. I have no words for their level of deception. Read other reviews of people on the site that called them 'Extrotionists". It is absolutely true.

A magnificent home. Beautiful, spacious and very well maintained and decorated property. Excellent location and uninterrupted ocean views. The property has a big generator & Reservoir and we had no electricity cuts or water supply shortage and grateful for that. A big plus was the indoors /outdoors swimming pool and barbecue facility with various entertainment and view deck areas with incredible ocean views. The professional support staff were very helpful and always friendly. Communication with the host was excellent and effective. We will book this villa again and highly recommend it.

The house is big and nice but not well maintained. The views are great and amazing.

Few things in the house were not functional. The host is very rude and she is an extortionist. It seems that the host wanted to take our deposit in order to fix the very badly maintained house in time to prepare the house for the busy December season. A lot of the things she listed as broken by us were never functional on arrival and she never took us through them at the beginning to show that they were working. She explained to us on how to use the swing chair and afterwards she turned around and said we were not supposed to use the swing chair. Why was there no sign of do not use on the swing chair if it was not supposed to be used. She actually explained to us on how to use it now she turned around and said we broke it. There is no even plausible way on how we could have possibly broke it! The tile which broke clearly shows that it was broken on installation but she said it was broken by us. It is not possible for us to break the tile under the swing at the point where it was mounted to the floor! This is just bizarre . Only our family used the property no one stranger came to the house.

Had a lovely time with family. The house is beautiful! Spacious, clean and well kept. Friendly host and staff, has everything you need for a self catering accommodation. 2 minute walking distance to the local beach. The area is safe and quiet. Would highly recommend it!
