the room did not have aircon operational, clean towels that were requested were never given to us during the stay, no cleaning service

Perfect location to the main street of Cape Town CBD in and out, very secured parking area, and easy access to the units, Big glass sliding door creating a sneak view of the Lions Head and Table mountain from the sitting room. Gym and swimming pool facing Lions head and CBD;s best looking tall building with amazing lighting during the night.

the handing over of the key took some time, maybe try an alternative way of getting the keys e.g security box or have some at the reception desk, there was no one there

The location is convenient

Wifi did not work the entire duration of my stay. When I advised the landlord / owner they simply tried to piggy-back me on any other wifi I could get which did not work. It appears that the owner new about this before hand he said "the ISP is working on it" The apartment looks directly into another apartment so no privacy unless you keep the curtains closed. Next door had thumping music going all day & night - it appears that many of these apartments are rented out 'for fun' as the only other people I bumped into in the elevators were either drunk and telling me about a party they were having in a friend's room or they seemed to be 'ladies of the night' so it felt sleazy.

Neat and cozy apartment. Liked the extra's like the coffee, milk,sugar, etc. Staff very helpful, so thumbs up to you!

For those that want to spend some time watching TV, just be aware that netflix might not be always available due to too many people watching at the same time.

The apartment had non functional air conditioning, Tv was off and there was a problem with wifi. Also the sink in the bathroom had problems with water flow. The space wasn't clean. It was very disappointing.

The apartment itself was nice and conveniently located near the CTICC Parking: After wasting 4 hours trying to sort out the keys and internet, we finally brought our car to park in the reserved spot—only to find it had been taken. The security found us a new spot and sorted it out very quickly though.

While the apartment itself was nice and conveniently located near the CTICC, our experience was completely soured by the management company, Soughted Property Management. Key handover was a mess: We had agreed to meet at 1 pm for the keys, but we only gained access to the apartment by 3 pm. Apparently, there was a late checkout that was never communicated. To make matters worse, the staff handling the situation were incredibly rude and dismissive of our time. No internet or TV: Upon arrival, both the TV and internet were non-functional. We were on a business trip, so internet access was crucial. We were connected to a nearby apartment but the internet was unstable and the network was open. A staff member attempted to fix it but failed, and another person was sent the following day. They never returned to fix the issue, leaving us without connectivity for the entire stay. Flooding kitchen: The next morning, we washed a cup and suddenly noticed water flooding the kitchen floor. A pipe under the sink was blocked and leaking badly. The first person we spoke to about it was shockingly rude, asking what we expected her to do. Eventually, after escalating the issue to a manager, a plumber came to fix it. The repair took another 3 hours of our day because they had to go out to buy parts. They managed to sort it out thankfully. Empty promises: Management initially offered to comp us for one night due to all the issues, but it’s been over a week, and we still haven’t heard back. While the apartment itself was pleasant and close to the CTICC, if you're booking through Booking.com, be sure to check who the managing agent is. I strongly recommend booking directly through the apartments to avoid the chaos and lack of professionalism from Soughted Property Management.
