Resort was very clean, had easy access to swimming pool and lazy river. Also, restaurants were close by .

The day of check out on two out of the 4 elevators were operating. It is really busy at check out and we waiting for 20 mins for an elevator that was not full of ppl

I guess this is the new thing at hotel.. You have to request your room to be cleaned 24-hour in advance... I called the front desk to ask for my trash to be emptied and for clean towels. I was told they would send someone to service me... no one never came.. HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE

"Awesome, memorable, relaxing, and worth a return visit."

Me and my family enjoyed the pool, lazy river, the room, the room service, and the professional and friendly staff. It was a great way to meet everyone needs while on vacation.

There was nothing that we didn't like about our stay at the hotel. And we would defiantly will visit the property in the future. It was a great value for our money.
