All Saints 2 bed Apartment in central Stamford with Parking

Good location with off road parking.

The owner has left out a photo of the 2nd box size bedroom, it is literally a room that only fits a single bed. This is not suitable for a family of 3. There is no central heating, heating through electric heaters, I can imagine it can be very cold during winter time. No where to sit to have your meal apart from the settee. This flat is only suitable for a long weekend,any longer we don't feel comfortable. Shower tub, water does leak out through the glass panel so you need to mop up every use.

Too small for dining table - can only eat on your knees! Needs a deep clean. Shower head needs attention. Thin towels.

Only 3 mugs, 2 of which were chipped. Kitchen skirting board hanging off. Coffee provided was so old that it had become a solid lump in the container. Don't ask about the loo brush!

The shower . Felt quite dangerous if someone was to jump straight under it without checking temperature very difficult to control correct temperature and was leaking badly so pressure wasn’t good . Shower holder wasn’t working properly either wouldn’t hold up so difficult to have a proper shower . Toilet seat wasn’t working properly broken but Owner very good changed next morning I don’t think he was aware . I couldn’t fault the owner he was very nice was second time we had stayed there and would again but felt property a little tired looking from our first stay

The location is excellent for Stamford town centre; within easy walking distance. The main plus point of the apartment is the parking space, as parking for 2/3 days would have been difficult without this. The owners kindly allowed us to park early before check-in time, which was very helpful.

There is nothing we disliked about the apartment, although it was a little smaller than we expected. However, it was more than adequate for just the two of us and we would book the apartment again without hesitation.

Lovely little flat in a perfect position for shopping and experiencing Stamford. Directly opposite a very good Chinese restaurant and other bars and restaurants. My wife is a wheelchair user with limited walking ability and we found the flat to be very easy to use in that respect. One quite steep step at the front door but once over that, no problems. The flat itself was warm, clean, modern and welcoming with every facility that any reasonable person could ask for. Beds are comfortable. Linen and pillows are fine. Bedroom larger than photos suggest. Bathroom is high standard with a large shower tray. Kitchen is fine. Living room is also comfortable. We didn't need to meet the hosts but they were very friendly and helpful in their communications. We love Stamford and visit once or twice every year. We both said we want to always book this flat every time we come so that shows we were very happy!

Honestly, nitpicking here as we've already said we loved it but personally, we would get rid of the little grey chaise and replace it with a small dining table. Personal opinion and we totally understand why the hosts have decided on more comfy seating and no table but we missed just having a table to put things on. Lap trays are provided for eating.
