La ubicación

La persona que atiende el check in a la noche no sabía inglés. Nunca vi una cosa asi en ningún hotel. El aire acondicionado NO anduvo y no había nadie a quien preguntar. Pague estancia con desayuno incluido y no había lugar para desayunar

המקום מלוכלך מאוד, מלא באבק על כל הרצפה. החדר מטונף ודביק כאילו לא ניקו אותו תקופה. בנוסף המקום נמצא בשיפוצים ואפילו לא מודיעים על כך. לא מומלץ בכלל בלשון המעטה ולא זהה לתיאור ולתמונות שמוצגות.

הייתה בעיה במים, הניקיון היה סביר, לא היו מים חמים והיה קושי בזרימה ולא היה ניתן בכלל להתקלח! שלחתי מספר מיילים למנהלת וכלל לא קיבלתי עליהם תגובה.

Amazing location, the staff is great. The room is big

The mattress was dirty , like 20 years old stains , the bathroom was dirty, it was sticky
