Noisy. Didn't have room I reserved but gave me a different one that should have been cheaper but did not give a refund.
The room was clean and quiet. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.
They took care of everything with the stolen identity or the hotels.com error. They said they gave us an upgraded room which they did and 5000 BonVoy points to my account.
Very nice room. Staff was very accommodating. It was very quiet, but my daughter and I were able to walk to numerous shopping locations and restaurants from the hotel.
The check-in process was really frustrating. They direct you to a kiosk, but after several minutes it failed and I had to check in with a person anyway. The room itself was very bare-bones—no basic accommodations like soap or lotion. When I opened the fridge, there was still food left from the last guest. The bedding was minimal: three flat pillows, just a sheet, and a thin blanket, with no extras provided. I also heard footsteps throughout the night, which made it hard to sleep. It covered the absolute basics we needed, but I’ve never stayed at an extended stay that felt this minimal.
The front desk people were very nice took care of us. The only issue that I had was when we got in our room and went in the bathroom. There were dirty linens hanging behind the bathroom door, so obviously the housekeepers did not check very well and that leads me to think they didn’t clean very well either

Bathroom was filthy. Requested new room. That bathroom was also dirty. Hallways and rooms too hot. Loud.
