"Buena opción alejada del bullicio del centro de ciudad."

La tranquilidad de la zona y el hecho de disponer de plaza de aparcamiento, algo imprescindible para la zona en la que está el apartamento, ya que todo el aparcamiento en la calle es de pago.

Si tuviese que mejorar algo, mejoraría la localización de la plaza de aparcamiento, ya que esta se encuentra en otro edificio con acceso algo dificultoso para vehículos grandes (berlina / SUV), en lugar del propio edificio, el cual cuenta con plazas de aparcamiento de mejor accesibilidad.
