APARTAMENTO MUY CENTRICO - entre PALACIO REAL Y PLAZA MAYOR

Excelente comunicação com os anfitriões, boa localização.

Não é muito confortável o apartamento, é mais pequeno do que aparenta nas fotos e o sofá-cama da sala não é bom. Só tem ar condicionado na sala e o quarto é muito quente. As janelas não fecham bem e por isso entra muito barulho. Existem mesas "inúteis" nas varandas que dificultam o fechamento das portadas das janelas. Não tivemos comunicação sobre o wi fi.

I really liked the apartments, the furniture is in good condition, it is clean, there is everything you need for a good rest. but there is a small problem with the water drain in the shower. Overall, very nice apartments!

The people who let us in were really nice. The place has cool decorations, a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee machine, fridge etc.) and heating, which is important in the winter time and really appreciated. Great location!

The sofa bed wasn't the most comfy to sleep on, maybe it could be a good option to add a mattress that can go on top? The coffee mugs in the kitchen were a bit dirty.

The apartment is very well-located, and the host, Javier, is a very nice person. He kindly organized help for us to bring our luggage upstairs when we arrived. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

One challenge we faced was the stairs. Although the apartment is on the first floor, there are almost 20 stairs to climb, which was a bit difficult for my elderly parents. Also, with several large pieces of luggage, carrying them up and down the stairs was challenging. While Javier helped us with our arrival, we didn't have assistance when leaving, and I had a fall on the stairs while carrying luggage. Another thing to consider is the noise from nearby bars on weekend nights. One bar is right next to the apartment, and each time they open the door, it creates a noticeable sound.

The location is extremely great! All of the famous places and nice tapas bars are really close and you dont even have to use public transport.

Communication could be better, if I wouldn't have the phone number of a person who works for the host by using the booking chat I'd not have an answer for the rescheduling of the check in time

Apartment was lovely and location was great. We were visiting a friend who lives in Madrid. Will definitely return:-)

It was a little noisy - struggled to block out the noise from outside in the night. Could benefit from some shutters or something to help with this. It wasn’t a big issue though.
