דירה יפה מאוד, גדולה, מרווחת, מאובזרת היטב. צוות שירות הלקוחות קשוב מאוד נותן מענה לכל מה שצריך בהתכתבות פשוטה בווטסאפ או בהודעות של בוקינג. נהנינו מאוד, ממליצים!

"לא נחזור. ולא נמליץ"

לא היה לנו מזגן ביום הראשון שלנו. היה חום איימים סבלנו נורא! נאלצנו לישון על הריצפה מרוב חום. לא היה מענה ולא היה עם מי לדבר. פשוט סיוט.

"מאכזב ברמה קיצונית"

השירות לקוחןת טלפוני היה נעים והשתדל להקשיב לנו ואפילו שלח צוית ניקיון לדירה והאריך שעת היציאה עד לערב ללא עלות.. השומר בכניסה היה נעים ומסבירפנים.

המזגן מיני מרכזי בקושי עבד, בקושי ישנו בגלל החום. לאניתן היה לשבת בספה בסלון, הייתה לא נוחה בכלל המקוםמוזנח והחדר היהמלוכלך. לא היו מים חמים במקלחת, כנראה שהיה צריך להדליק דוד ולא עןדכנו. הנןף מהחלון היה של אתר בנייה והמקלחת ברמה נמוכה ומלאה בסימני עןבש. מרגע שהתעוררנו יצאנו החוצה עד,שעות הערב, כדי לא לשהות בדירה.

מיטה נוחה ומצעים נקיים

המקלחות מוזנחות ממש ולא נעים הגענו בלילה, המזגנים לא עבדו ונכנסו לבית חם לא הדליקו לנו דוד מראש אז לא היו מים חמים

Beaucoup d’objets cassés La fenêtre de la salle de bain cassee Les salles douches très abîmées Les supports savon cassés et dangereux avec des morceaux de fer qui sortent

Grand appartement confortable, en plein centre ville. Propreté impeccable, literie agréable, il y a même un oreiller orthopédique que j'ai pu utiliser! Produits de toilette dans les salles de bain. Il ne manque rien! Bravo à Roi avec qui j'étais en contact 👏🏻
