L’emplacement est exceptionnel sur la Plaza Mayor mais aucune fenêtre ne donne sur la Plaza Mayor, c’est-à-dire que l’appartement est très calme

Les deux fenêtres donnent sur une cour intérieure de sorte que le logement est assez sombre. Il n’y a pas de table pour manger, mais simplement une table basse à côté du canapé Climatisation très agréable

The apartment was in the very center of the city. Right in Plaza Mayor. Very useful because main places to visit are near there. Also you have lots of places to eat food, ice cream, pastries, etc. just one minute walking distance. Excellent choice to stay in Salamanca

Nice space with lovely decor.

This is the first time I've written a negative review in a rental and I've stayed in dozens. The manager of the property was the main issue. He didn't follow through with his word, gave false promises, and ignored us for multiple days.  From the beginning, the manager said he would give us at least a 50% refund on the property we moved from. It's been over 10 days with multiple follow ups, and still nothing. He's clearly just stringing us along. There are 3 also structural issues with this property: 1.) Plumbing. The toilet flushed with brown water for 3 days, and everytime you use the sink, toilet or shower, a very loud noise comes from the toilet.  2.) The listing states there is AC, however, there isn't one. The "AC" was simply something that cools the floor and isn't able to cool the apartment. The average temp inside the apartment was 27 degrees with 2 fans on. The main reason we moved from the other property was because it didn't have an AC and the manager knew this. So without us asking, they proposed that they install an AC 5 days into our stay. There should have been one to begin with. We declined the installation because it meant we wouldn't have AC for 5 days, and in order for it to be installed they would have to come in early in the morning for 4 hours - i.e. disrupting our sleep and vacation. 3.) The wifi doesn't work. We've plugged it on and off many times, tried it on 2 laptops and 2 phones, and it wasn't able to load a single page.  Disappointing stay.
