Shoreditch 3-Storey Maisonette - by Living Elite Apartments

Ideally located, this apartment is at 10 min walking from the main underground line to visit London (district line). Several buses are also around. Shoreditch is a very lively area so you will also find plenty of bars and restaurants. Only 12 min walking from Liverpool station. Pretty spacious.

Communication was not as fast as wanted. Apartment is nice but you have very little amenities. The mattress is pretty soft (not firm) and I had trouble sleeping Impossible to open the windows in the bedroom so not really convenient to ventilate the rooms. Another note, the sofa bed is on a floor on which there is no curtain to prevent light so people who will sleep there will be woken up by daylight as soon as the sun is up. The apartment is also based next to a train track so if you are noise sensitive beware of the train noises. All in all it is a bit pricey when we weigh the pros and cons. Hot water for the shower has a really low pressure so it takes longer to take a shower.

The location couldn't have been better. Would definitely book here again with a group of friends, I personally thought the value was great. Spacious and had everything we needed. You can hear the tube line as it’s right next to the property, but honestly, I thought it was part of the charm and not loud considering.

The sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable, but the beds were comfy. Overall, it was generally clean, but it needed a deeper clean in some areas. Nothing a bit of bleach can't fix :) Also, the cleaners wanted to get in much earlier than 10 am, but they waited till 10am to come in.

The property was very stylish, clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. Shoreditch is a cool area to stay. Could not fault the accommodation. Really spacious for four people.

It’s a bit of a noisy shoe-box, chucked right underneath the overground. But then, if rest is the objective of your visit better not stay in Shoreditch!

The apartment is very homey, with everything we needed. The location is right off Brick lane, which is really cool. It is a 15 minute walk to liverpool street station. 5 minute walk to shoreditch high street station. 10 minute walk to spitalfields. Bakeries and supermarkets are very close. Graffiti everywhere near the apartment, which is lots of fun to see everywhere you turn. In general it was a fun apartment to be in.

Since the apartment is right off Brick lane, it can be a little noisy. People walking down the street are heard very loudly in the apartment. Also since the overground passed right outside the apartment, it can be noisy. At least it doesn't run throughout the night. We used the living room couch as a bed. There is no way to shade the windows of the living room and a lot of light comes in. Hollie said she would look into shading the windows. When we were there the shower leaked to the floor. Hollie said they would fix it.
