Breakfast provided on prepayment basis and on room service basis Location of property was in less habited location

Only one combined apartment with two rooms, instead of agreed wo separate one BHK apts provided; in one room even toilet was not attached. We were made to make payment in the name of hone Sandeep Yadav instead of Grand ND resort. Bill raised, after resorting to lame excuses like my WhatsApp number was incorrect, printer not working etc in respect of Apartment 801 instead of apt 203 which was alloyed to us. Reception girl misguided with no sign of apology. Pathetic.
