Steep stairs. Hive heating system.

The location was ideal for nipping into Harrogate. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and kept clean. We enjoyed out stay and would recommend this property if you're wanting a short break in Harrogate.

Our Second stay at this house - it is lovely, clean ,comfy ,well decorated and fully equipped-and first stay I could not fault which why we returned - first stay was not in winter

Unfortunately it was really cold and the heating was not adequate- which ruined our stay this time - if you were in ,it was ok you could turn up temp ,but it needed manual adjustment so often as it reverted back to 9 degrees all the time - so we came home every evening after being out to a very cold house and it took ages to heat from that cold so went to bed cold every night - mornings luckily the setting were ok - evening settings need to be looked at

Lovely and clean- enclosed garden was great. Was ideal for us the facilities were exactly as we expected. Ben was responsive when we had an issue with the washing machine and got it fixed for us no further issue.
