"Avoid if possible."

The ladies at the reception were courteous, understanding & cooperative.

- Some fraudster asked us to pay 30% advance, fortunately we didn't fall for it. - We had to ask repeatedly for heaters & later discovered that heaters were chargeable which is ridiculous. - Rooms were not cleaned on regular basis. - The plates & other cutlery was stained. - Breakfast was overpriced & far below the mark. - Hot water wasn't available all the time. - The property has poor thermal insulation. - Lack of proper communication was noticed on multiple occasions.
