Very centrally located close to everything Asti has to offer. Spotless and everything you possibly need for a pleasant stay.

The location couldn’t have been better for exploring the city and countryside. Fine restaurants & historical sites minutes from the apartment. Silvia is an exceptional generous host. She was easily accessible and provided valuable information about her city and about the Langhe Region. The kitchen was well stocked & she provided plenty of toiletries. We appreciated the welcome treats. We arrived during the Wine festival with an abundance of activities and many visitors. Thankfully, the apartment has soundproof windows and our sleep wasn’t disrupted. The private parking space is a bonus but it is a 10 minute walk to the apartment. Follow Silvia’s suggestion to park in Piazza Roma to unload and reload.

We had a lovely time in Asti. The flat is cozy, well decorated and equipped with everything we needed and beyond. The host is extremely helpful and thoughtful. It's very nice to find small things like oil, salt, shampoo, high chair for toddlers, etc in a flat and to receive useful information like where to park, eat,...

Great apartment, in the heart of the old town. Well renovated, spacious and very comfortable for a family of four. Great decoration with little details (e.g all bathroom accessories) and treats from the welcoming host Silvia.

Ca' Balenga is in the epicentre of Asti, right where you want to be. Near all the shops, the restaurants and the cafe's of the old town. The apartment is fully furnished in a cosy and stylish way so you can have romantic nights with your loved one; cooking yourself or going outside for a fantastic Piedmontese diner. The host is extremely friendly and communicative. She will make your stay as comfortable as possible. An absolute surplus is the garage to freely park your car and scout the Piedmontese hilltops for a day trip and take home a fantastic bottle of wine for the evening at your cosy apartment. We will be back!
