Nice and Cosy Flat in London/Ilford/Barking, United Kingdom

Great apartment for five adults,has all the facilities needed and two bathrooms.

Too far a walk from Barking underground station and third floor up with stairs and no lift.

Toilet had muslim shower. It was close to bus stop. Everything which one needs was there.

It was too far from centre although its easy to travel but it takes time to go places. It was on third floor accessible by stairs only.

Bed was comfortable All amenities present I liked the neighbourhood. Very friendly residents in the block and it felt quiet and peaceful and the balcony was nice to have the doors open. The host met me to give me keys and she was pleasant and offered to help with my luggage. Good value for money in the Borough. Spacious apartment.

I’m a regular traveller and I write this only as a helpful suggestion. The apartment is in need of an overhaul. It really needs painting and some tlc.. The appliances felt sticky and needed cleaning. The welcome basket food and drink items had out of date food (Oct 23). Please throw those away.

The flat was clean & tidy, it has as well parking spot for the car. All supplies were available in the kitchen & extra sheet for the beds with two bathrooms wich have all bath products, good source of internet. Calm place & good location. Very nice & polite landlord.

The host/landlord was brilliant, easy to contact made sure we had everything needed in the property Comfy beds Easy to find, the landlord met us at the property explained everything told us to where everything was made sure if we needed anything to just give him a text/call Definitely recommend will be staying again when working around the area 100%

Left some snacks for the kids, beds were comfortable, toys for the kids

Used toothbrushes in the bathroom cupboard, light bulbs in lamps in bedrooms were connected to an app so couldn't be used
