Nothing.

Even after prompt information from our side that it will be late check-in. We even booked parking with the property. Late at night we came to know that our parking was given or occupied by someone else. And customer service at night was so unhelpful that she let us stranded middle of the night till almost 2:30 and could not resolve the issue of parking and even after requesting that can we do late check out as our sleep was disturbed. There was no help. Truly a black spot in Swiss. Never booking this property again.

It was very charming and nice. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

The neighborhood seems to enjoy being up super late, with singing and music. Fun for them, not for me at 1am trying to sleep.

Lovely staff, good facilities. Single room a little overpriced for what it was but prices skyrocketing throughout hospitality sector and it was definitely a bargain compared to other options in the area. It's not the place for a relaxing stay but ideal for a budget option within easy walking distance to both Queen's University and Belfast City Centre.

Better for groups and couples - not a great area for a woman walking alone at night. Hostel is keypad entry with nobody around until you go up to the second floor, businesses close by close early in the evening. Very isolated in an area that is not great at night.

Location, the kitchen is well-equipped, it was clean

Location is excellent and the staff are friendly. Love the bed's firmness and the faclities.

Even though I've booked a private room, because the room faced the main road so it was very noisy.
